Additional flap DRD

Is located under the top flap and is used to assembly the handle of DRD. Moreover, it essentially facilitates the rigging and allows to make a deeper groove for the pilot chute within rigging and to prevent shifting of the Reserve laid under the chute at initial stage of packing.
