Bottom Flap
The joint of bottom closing loop, covered with a protector made of tape, is located on the bottom flap. This allows to prevent the loop from dropping out. The bottom flap is connected to the side flaps by so called ‘dynamic corners’ which allows the container to open ‘into a sheet’ after deployment. This prevents unequal/asymmetric canopy release especially at high horizontal speeds.
Also a PC pocket of special shape is placed on the bottom flap. This shape is essential to place a bigger PC in the pocket (42, 46, for short delay jumps) to provide its unobstructed and easy release.
If you do not perform this type of jumps and most of your jumps require using smaller PCs please indicate it in the request form so that we could make the pocket of ordinary size for small PC. |
