Rigger training:

7-day courses for skydivers looking to acquire rigging skills. Gained knowledge allows you to to pack and maintain all kinds of parachute systems.

SWS company in in possession of a lot of parachuting equipment, thus allowing you to get real experience with almost every kind of skydiving and emergency parachute systems.

 

Entry requirements:

- At least 100 skydives.

- Experience in packing ram-air canopies (main or reserve) - candidate must be able to pack a main in under 10 minutes.

 

Training time: 7 days, 9:00 - 21:00.

Trainings follows a program described below. During that time, the candidate will perform at least 20 various reserve packjobs, which should give him a confident skill level.

 

After successful completion of the course, SWS will issue a rigger certificate, as well as an official confirmation letter for FAA (or another organization on-demand).

All candidates are required to read the following before course starts:

English knowledge.

English knowledge (basic level at least) is highly recommended, because all documentation is written in it. But, if you have lots of time on your hands, you can probably go without.
